This photo was taken at a coffee plantation in the mountains of Panama in the town of Palo Alto. This was the actual oven that they roasted the coffee beans in for many years until they became a bit more modernized. How cool is that.

I so agree, it was an amazing place to visit and see how they make the coffee beans today. Still using the old ways, just roasting differently.

When I saw your challenge and it was brick day, it came to my mind. The coffee plantations was an amazing experience. Someday I will do a post on that visit.
