Flower Friday Photography Japanese Anemone by Sunscape
I love the beautiful, velvety pink color of this Fall blooming, Japanese Anemone. I have these in a garden at the front side of my house and they put on a glorious display in the fall, giving the bees a good source of nectar before the cold hits us here in NY.

Anemones seem to have lost a lot of their popularity in the last few years. I really can't fathom out why. For me they are timeless.
