DailyPetPhotography "Robins Nesting" by Sunscape
Although they may not be a personal pet per se, I am making sure that we do not disturb our visiting birds. They built this nest right next to my front door entrance on top of the lamp. Since she started sitting on the eggs we have not used that door to go into the house. We now exit by the garage so we do not startle her. She does not mind when we go to the car and talk to her from a distance.

Thank you Silvia, they realized I was taking their photo and woke up then their mom heard them and started to squak at me very loudly. Needless to say the photo shoot ended.
Gorgeous, love the hair-do on the little ones, Mommy bird is very pretty Wanda.
Great share, keeping them happy for a couple of weeks using the other door, you sound as bad as me with these pets making a home around the house @sunscape
Haha, right. We do accommodate all the creatures surrounding us. lol

Scary looking way to nap...
It looks very uncomfortable
WOW!! Impressive shots 👍
Thank you very much.
Wow! Never seen birds family thus close before! The babies look so funny and weird at the same time! How they will change through time! Nature is amazing!
Nature sure is amazing, it is odd to see them without their feathers yet. They are growing very fast though and I will try to get updated photos of them.
So delightful! I also have a nest of baby birds just outside my bedroom - they nest in the same place there over and over so your robin may decide to return and do this all again in a few months. haha Thanks for the lovely post.
Wow, that is great to know. I would not have thought they would use the nest again. thanks for the info.
