Awh, I so understand that we had to put one of ours down at 18 last year. We still miss him so much.
So sorry for your loss ours was only 13 which apparently is good for a persian
I had a white persian when I was a young teenager and she lived to be 16 years old. Out tiger that died at 18 adopted us when he was 15 when his owners had to retire to an assisted living home. We took him in and he was so precious to us.
I bet they all were your clearly such a caring person
