ColorChallenge - MondayRed Flower Vibes
What a pretty shade of red on this shrimp plant. We can grow these as an annual in our gardens here in NY, but they would have to be overwintered to save them from the frost.

That is a really deep red. Such an interesting flower, with lots of structure. Do you have to start these in a greenhouse to get enough of a headstart on the season, so they have time to flower?
Actually yes, I take cuttings every year and overwinter them in the house. In March they get planted up and out into the greenhouse.
