My Actifit Report Card: December 1 2021
The gym was quiet tonight and so I spent the time in the cycle ride as the boxing corner was closed so I decided to work on other machines as I can still get my 5k training by increasing my cycling speed. It was quite fun but a bit passive not like boxing where I need to move a lot.
