Vegetarian Lasagne- Steemian Style

"Health is wealth" don't forget to eat or drink Steemian friends. Tonight we had visitors and we prepared some food for them. One of them is Vegetarian Lasagne.

Ingredients:
Grilled peppers
Grilled aubergine
onions
garlic
tomatoes
mushrooms
salt/pepper/herbs
zucchini
fresh parsley
cheese (optional)

Finished Lasagne

Onions from the garden

your Vegetarian Lasagne seems the best i will taste as its garnished with fresh fresh onions
, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms which are highly beneficial... truly your concept of health is wealth is a truism....

Thank you @kp138 my husband is vegan-vegetarian :) I'm not there yet hehe our visitors were not vegetarian so I'll post chicken tomorrow lol.
