"GUVECH" Traditional Bulgarian Dish
Hello Steemians! "Guvech" is a Vegetable Casserole, a traditional Bulgarian Dish. Guvech is also one of my favorite Bulgarian dishes. This is easy to make and also very healthy and nutritious. During summer time, we got plenty of tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onions and all kind of herbs in the garden.
Ingredients:
Potatoes
Beans
Onions
Garlic
Tomatoes sauce
Eggplant
Bulgarian herbs
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Instructions:
Cut all the vegetables that you have.
Saute the onions, garlic and peppers in a separate pan.
Put the rest of the vegetables in the clay pot.
Season and cover it.
Oven 350 C (1-2 hours)
