Broken But Whole - Beautifully Made
Good day everyone. Hope all is well. I wanna share a story. While we were walking yesterday afternoon, my husband showed me my favorite seashell. "Oh I like it", he said " It's beautiful even if it's broken". I said,"Yeah. but it's broken!" He replied. "Look again closely." I looked and I agreed with him, even the shell was imperfect, it was still whole, nothing changed, the appearance was still the same. Why Am I looking for a perfect shape? Tsk and throw the ugly shells away?
Our son collected his favorite ones. He loves to pick up rare seashells."I like these kind of seashells because they are unique and small. I'm not really sure if it was rare but for him it's extradordinary." I don't like common seashells like yours Mama". We sat down on the sand and my son started to smash some soft shells. "Here,Mama, I made some pixie dust, so your phone will be back to normal. You'll see it will work" I was laughing. Eventhough the pixie dust that he made didn't work on my broken phone. I'm happy to know that our son believes in miracles.
Everybody has different preferences, colors, shapes whether it's perfect, vintage, new, big, small, skinny, fat etc. We are in a modern world where everybody see somebody as a model, no scratch, no bruise, no prickles, no pimples. FLAWLESS!!. But these seashells taught me a lesson. Even you are broken you are beautifully made with LOVE. You don't have to be perfect to be liked by everybody or because your surrounding is telling you to be like them. Just being you is enough because you are whole to somebody's eyes.

We have sea at just like two places here in my county so I do travel to where the sea is to enjoy myself when ever I have holiday so I pick shells too and I always put on my desk where I read so mum comes and throw it away cos she believe I'm too fund of it
Yes we don't have to be like others cos even God created us differently, where you think is the worst part of you may be what people will cherish most in you. Life goes on and sweet when you believe in yourself

When one see worth in themselves and not worthlessness. How we see ourselves should be of higher importance than what people see about you.
Our eyes are different, so our thought and reasoning cant be the same because we see differently
