The Shack is one of the best cafes for breakfast (i.e. most things are covered in hollandaise)
Raglan Fish has the best fish and chips for the best value (you can see the catch of the day coming in fresh off the boats with a great harbor side table-or couch)
Rock-IT has the best Eggs Benedict if that's what you are after (on a bed of kumara and potato hash instead of toast)
Wallis Bistro is a fabulous spot for dinner, cozy yet modern vibe with outside tables available (this is the kind of place where your dinner is prepared as a work of art ...but make sure to save room for their decadent DESSERTS)
Ive been there its awesome I got some of the best waves of my life! at Manu Bay, just outside of Solscape. I was too lazy to surf the outer points. You have to paddle a lot more, and i was already out of breath surfing just the first point.
