How to Make Schnitzel

This is a family favorite of ours, my mom got the recipe from a German lady when we lived in Germany. You may use tenderized veal in place of the cube steaks in this recipe.
I show how to make schnitzel. I used pork tenderloin as the meat but various other meats can be used to make it, such as veal, mutton, chicken, beef, or turkey.
