Banks could hold bitcoin and ether for the first time in 2018

Cryptocurrency CEO Peter Smith says "Central banks will begin holding bitcoin and Ethereum next year".

The rise of bitcoin as an asset could mean some monetary authorities will have to begin holding it.

Some central banks have already started researching their own digital coins.
China's central bank said that it could issue a new cryptocurrency for them.

But according to many experts Cryptocurrencies are the currency of choice for money laundering, hackers, terrorists and criminals so the Governments will not stand by and allow these cryptocurrencies to evade the regulations around these activities.

Well we can't see the future about the government decision on bitcoin but Bitcoin will reach the moon .
