Get In Shape 2020 - Where I am starting from
This is my first post for the #getinshapechallenge sponsored by @appics and @actifit. My starting weight is 183.2 pounds.
My next major milestone is getting down to 170 pounds, but I would be super pumped if I dropped to 175 pounds by the end of the challenge (in the next 6 weeks).
Keys to success:
- keep working out 5-6 times a week
- keep tracking steps with Fitbit (minimum goal of 5,000 each day) and earn with Actifit
- track fasting times with Zero app (goal of 16 hour fast or more)
- fill myself with good fuel
- learn to embrace feeling hungry

Yes I did! I'm trying to get more upper body strength and measuring it with pushups.

That is the plan. I was not feeling well today, so I missed a workout. Hope tomorrow is better so I can keep getting stronger and healthier.
