Beer, Review - BEER REVIEW!

I'm no beer reviewer :P
These are just my simpleton thoughts about this beer.
There was a local bar that was closing it doors for good, so they decided to sell all beers 3€ a bottle. Quite expensive if you ask me, but they usually sold them all a lot more expensive. So I went in and asked for the best dark beer they had, but no porter.
And they came back this beer.
"Looks quite good" I thought and I went back to my table.
The glass was covered with thick foam that receded quite quickly.
I took my first sip and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't very bitter. A little sour and even some hints of sweetness.
It was like drinking homemade burnt toast with very watery and tasteless jam.
Anyway, I was rather thirsty and emptied my glass.
"Damn" I thought and let my friend order another beer, but this time I wanted something more fruity and sweeter. Well, he came back with the same beer.
"Seriously?". Couldn't he atleast tell the bartender "No! Not that again!".
Well, to hell with it. The first glass wasn't so bad.
"Yikes". The first sip I took was bitter. A lot more so than the first glass(where it was hardly noticeable) and the bitterness didn't go away after drinking more. I felt as If it went worse and worse. Same old burnt toast, but this time it was more like drinking watery charcoal.
Well, I finished half the glass and called it. I would never order this beer again.
Maybe my tastebuds are simply too well equipped for these beers. I mean if something tastes like crap, it tastes like crap. Doesn't matter if that crap has "slight hints of fruits" hidden in there somewhere.
I'd rather have a cold coke please.
