A Picture
I just love this picture. But funnily enough, I don't why. It's basically a snapshot from a plantation. I was casually driving my bike around the grounds (don't really know if it was allowed for strangers) and happened to see a warehouse in between the greenhouses with open doors. As soon as I saw this view I hit my brakes and took out my camera.
Did a tiny bit of editing in Lightroom.

Have you tried reversing the photograph? There is no doubt of what we are supposed to look at. The structure of 'papa, mama and lots of babies 'is certainly fulfilled. There are certainly repeated forms in various scale. One would not mind the crates fading or receding a bit. There is also lovely contrast, old/new, large/small, light /dark, warm/cool, which gives interest . If anything one might say the colours bleu and orange are competing. The eye wants to look at the main event the tractor but keeps being pulled away by the surrounding bleu. Trying a black and white of this photo as you have done for others may be quite striking.

Wow! There are lots of interplaying rhythmic patterns in your photo: tractor grill and the wall to the right of it, cans and boxes, tires and the roof, pallets and horizontal beams above them.
Now I see it too :D
