Motivation Story "Work Is Honor"

A young boss is taking an afternoon break in an open restaurant. While busy typing on his laptop, it was a little girl who brought some flower stalks approached him. "You buy your flowers." "No little girl, I do not need," said the young boss stays busy with his laptop. "Just one sir, can the flowers be for your lover or wife," the little girl teased. Half irritated in a high tone for being annoyed by the young Boss said, "Little brother does not see me busy? Sometimes yes if I need I will buy flowers from you. "Hearing the young boss's words, the little girl was then turned to the people who pass around the restaurant. After finishing his afternoon break, the young boss immediately moved from the restaurant. As she walks out she meets again with the little flower girl approaching her. "It's finished your work, now buy this flower dong sir, cheap kok one stalk only." Mixed between annoyance and pity the young boss took some money out of his pocket. "It's 2 $ for you. I do not want the flowers, let's just say this alms for you, "said the young boss while handing the money to the little girl. The money he took, but not to be stored, but he gave to the old beggar who happened to pass around there. The young boss was astonished and slightly offended. "Why did not you take the money, instead you gave it to the beggar?" With his innocence the little girl replied, "Sorry sir, I have promised my mother that I must sell these flowers instead of getting money from begging. My mother always tells me that even if we do not have money we can not be beggars. "The young boss was stunned, how he got a valuable lesson from a child that work is an honor, though the results are not much but the sweat that dripped from the hard work is a pride. The young boss finally took out his wallet and bought all the flowers, not out of pity, but because of the spirit of work and confidence of the little boy who gave him valuable lessons that day. Not infrequently we appreciate the work is limited to money or wages received. Work will be worth more if it becomes pride for us. No matter how small a role in a job, if we do it seriously it will give value to the man himself. That way, every drop of sweat that will flow will be an honor that deserves our struggle.
