How To Effectively Create a Steemit Community Change
Change is a must in every community. This is because our environment is constantly changing, and in order to safeguard, we must adapt to Minnow as well as large community level. Community change management aims to help bring the transition within the community from its current state to any desired future state.
This process can lead to either further downsizing or growth of the community. This change can be the basis of staying ahead of achievement, and ensuring you do not become ignorant or do not understand the purpose of the community. The process of managing community change must involve planning and implementing change in ways that the steemian resistance is reviewed along with the needs expended for the community.
Steps for Community Change
There are three basic steps to change the Steemit community:
• Recognizing that current community practices no longer provide efficient results for novice Steemians.
• Creating a vision for the community that will be in line with how the community wants to be in the future
• Finally implement relevant changes and prepare systems that support more advanced community change.
Thus we who stand from a small community within Steemit, must keep a change that will occur above our community # promo-steemrural that must always follow from the main purpose of # promo-steem. Step by step we have started creating changes for the betterment of our community or our # promo-steemrural team. Today we have managed to get our own Server to increase our Discord running as Discord PAL Net. However we are still lacking in having Witness, because from our team or from our country does not have a single person who becomes Witness. I agree this is constantly evolving and the demands are not being kept up so it is up to us to make the change happen. It's interesting to see how steemit is evolving, I am looking forward to more communities coming together as a result of this.
But it is a pity that is happening now in my country. What happened..? many small communities that grow in because large communities always attach personal importance without creating new growth. then a small community like us should follow a large community from elsewhere. It is unfortunate
