The happiness

According to the dictionary,

State of mind of the person who feels fully satisfied to enjoy what they want or to enjoy something good.

According to psychologists.

The happiness we feel when we are launching our capacities, engaged in a task that absorbs us. We feel then that time stops, we feel flow. The feeling of flowing in the task makes time go by quickly and positive emotions arise when we finish the task.
The happiness of doing something that gives meaning to our life. It is about doing something for someone or for something that we believe has a value superior to ourselves (God, humanity, children, an ideal, a party, etc.). There can be suffering in what we do and positive emotions arise when we value what we have done or what we are doing, which will be far above what we have suffered.

According to Aristotle

Happiness is an activity according to virtue. The happy man lives well and works well. The act follows the being for the achievement of its purpose.
Even when the way of living life is eligible, as long as we are natural beings we have a purpose. This purpose is happiness through transcendence.

For me...

Happiness goes beyond any concept or any perspective.

Happiness is something that can not be defined, because it goes beyond those beautiful texts.

Happiness is something that can not be measured, nor can it be delegated.

It is very personal, because there are people who are happy when they are alone, others when they have company, some are happy with a walk in the open air, with a meeting and a cup of coffee, or a drink, others when listening to good music or something Similary.

Many things make me happy; a short walk to the park with my children, watch TV with my life partner, talk with my mom and dad, with my sisters, know that they are okay, have a good cup of coffee, among other small things, things that make your day is different and they give value to our lives.

But what gives me happiness, is and know that I have a beautiful family, that despite the difficulties here, this meeting, is united and celebrates every job and every achievement, that supports in times of anguish and that gives me hand when I need it.

See the smile and the occurrences of my children is what I enjoy the most and it fills me with happiness, so and more thanks and I hope everything goes as it goes and each day we are more and more happy!
