Three herbs for detoxification when changing seasons
Do you remember exactly when did you make full and qualitative detoxification?
In our busy everyday life and in our many social contacts are few people who have the opportunity to undergo a light diet and clean up their system.
With every change in the season, the body becomes more susceptible to infections and illnesses, because, in an attempt to adapt to the new conditions, our immunity loses some of our strength and weakens.
A controlled diet with light foods included can greatly help in detoxifying the body and releasing it from harmful substances in the body.
The most powerful effect on humans for this purpose has some herbs.
They are powerful natural stimulants that help the body recover and stimulate digestion.
The high content of essential oils makes them an obligatory element for every detoxifying menu.
Coriander
Of the group of detoxifying herbs, perhaps the most potent is the coriander. It contains detoxifying, antibacterial and immune stimulating essential oils that help to get rid of heavy metals from the body. The herb also helps digestion, prevents nausea and stomach cramps, balances blood sugar levels. It can even be used for light laxatives. You do not have to prepare the coriander in a special way, just sprinkle it on your daily dishes or add it to the healthy juices you prepare.
Milk Thistle
The extremely powerful action is also the milk thistle. It acts as an antioxidant and helps in nourishing and rejuvenating dead cells. The herb is traditional for Mediterranean countries. The seeds and leaves of this effective natural remedy can be eaten on an empty stomach before eating for the best results. It is known to remove toxins from the body, thereby aiding detoxification and purifying the liver from free radicals.
Mint
Known, readily available but extremely powerful means of detoxification is mint. The herb has high levels of antioxidants and helps with digestion. Mint tea cleanses the stomach and helps with irritated intestines and irritated skin. Last but not least, mint helps whiten the teeth, fights with bad breath and is an excellent means of purifying the blood by detoxifying the body from the inside.

Its so important to follow a healthy and mindful diet. Thank you for the tips. I have a 8 days detox diet program designed. Ofcourse its a lot of effort for one to follow it, but those who have done it have seen amazing results. I feel if not regular then one should atleast follow a light healthy diet for 3 days in a week
