Sharing God’s Blessings

It is another day and a brand new hope arises. I am thankful to God for another day of life, the gift of life itself, the gift of family, the gift of friends, brothers and sisters. As we wake up each morning, how many among us are taking time to thank God and give him praise? Is it really just the toughest times that we are calling him?

When we love someone or if we are in a relationship, we always want constant and sincere communication with them, we all know that God loves us and He is also expecting that we will have deep and constant communication with Him too.

Talk to God, give Him praise with everything that you have in life for everything is from Him so shall we return and lift up everything to Him, be grateful you are blessed and because you are blessed you can also be a blessing to someone else - without asking for anything in return.

I just want to share a photo of this family, a family friend who used to rent in an apartment nearby, during the toughest times of our lives when we needed someone to lean on they were the ones who are with us, from my teenage years to my wedding day this couple have always been with us helping all through out, literally they are just one call away specially during those times when mom and I are alone in the house because dad is overseas, they are the ones celebrating Christmas and New Year with us. I don’t have a brother or a sister, but they became our family, I found a sister and a brother through them.

I remember the time when I was preparing for my wedding, this couple is the very busy ones helping me with every details, things that I did not expect from people I am not really related with, the wife was the one who helped me to dress up during my wedding day, she was the one who did all the cleaning before and after the wedding.

Her husband was the one who used to drive for us during the times that Limuel cannot drive yet, we can easily call him when we need to go somewhere.

This is the couple who have been with us during the toughest time of our lives, when I gabe birth January of last year, the wife took care of me while I was under depression, her husband was the one who had sleepless nights when he had to drive 2 hours away from the hospital to get medicines and blood for my little Lucas, they are the ones who have been with us when we had to pick up my son’s grave, they are the ones who stayed with us during the times of grief, they are the ones who have been with us ever since.

This is the reason why may dad dis not hesitate to extend help to them as well after everything that our family went through, dince they are renting a small house, and during that time they don’t have a stable financial income, dad offered them to stay in our lot, if they would accept a small studio type area so that they will not need to rent anymore, this is the way that our family can express gratitude to them.

Gladly they accepted my dad’s offer, they are now living beside our house for free for almost a year now and no regrets they are still the best people to help, they did not mind if we only built a home made with light materials, they understand that we have been through tremendous expenses the past year and they are still grateful, we treat each other as family, we love their kids like our own. It feels good to extend help to others it feels good to share God’s blessing, and I know that we are also always included in our prayers.
