You will always be a greenhorn for something.
If you want to succeed, if you want to achieve something really bad, you need to be a learner first.
We all started from A a B b C c D d as kids, now we can write phrases, pages.
One needs training, proper guidance as a newbie at any workplace.
Always have the passion to be a Neophyte! Only Punks have the power to learn!
A tenderfoot somewhere in the present, will be the boss of tomorrow in future!
As the saying goes- If it doesnt challenge you, it doesnt change you.
So, take the challenge and be open for anything and everything that comes your way, Be a Neophyte whenever you can!

Great post! I think that so many youth today have lost that idea that they must go through the grind of being unintiated before they deserve the accolades and success that come with mastery of a task. People just mostly want a hand-out, they don't want to deserve that hand-out. I know when I go in for a surgery I definatly want the doctor to have learned through hours of study and training.
