Great tips. I fully agree with you when you talked about actually removing yourself from the stressful situation. When something is causing us frustration, or when we are having trouble figuring something out, the best course of action we can take is to STOP doing that activity altogether.. To step away and get our minds completely off the activity and into something else. This frees up space in our minds to relax, which can help us to actually solve the problem, and ease the stress when we do return to the activity.
I like your suggested "hacks". Personally, when I need to step away to get back into a higher mood/happier place, I like to meditate, do pranayama practices, or play my ukulele :)
