Oats Semolina Pancake Recipe!
Have you ever heard of Oats Semolina Pancakes or Suji Oats Chilla? My friends, in this era of junk food, the only flat breads we tend to eat are pizzas. But you cannot have pizzas everyday, right? What if we have a solution to it and create a healthier version of pizza, enriched with the goodness of nutrients. In my today’s recipe, I’m going to make a healthy pizza made of Oats and Semolina. Both Oats and Semolina are nutrient rich, super healthy breakfast cereals. When combined with exotic veggies and oregano, they give a blend of pizza’s taste and mother earth’s nutrients. Let’s try this recipe now!

Mint Chutney, Tomato Ketchup
Ingredients
• 1 cup Quick cooking Oats (finely grinded)
• ½ cup Semolina (Suji)
• 1 cup Sour Yogurt
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1 finely chopped tomato
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 small bowl of finely chopped bell peppers (Green, Red and Yellow)
• Some Fresh Coriander
• ¼ tablespoon red chilli powder
• Oregano or Pizza mix
• Salt as required
Steps To Follow
Step 1: Finely grind the oats in a mixer. Empty in a bowl.
Step 2: Add Semolina to the oats. Add Curd and mix fill to a thick paste.
Step 3: Now add water slowly as required to make a semi liquid paste. Note that the paste should not be very thick or thin, ensure the consistency is just fine to go on the pan.
Step 4: Add all the chopped vegetables and coriander. Add the Spices and mix it well. Now let the mixture settle for about 20 minutes.
Step 5: Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Step 6: Take a portion of the mixture and spread it evenly on the pan. Let it cook. Cover with a lid for faster cooking.
Step 7: After about 2-3 minutes, cook on the other side until brown.
Step 8: Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
