Chocolate Bar Ice Cream Recipe!
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Summers without Ice cream is like body without soul. We all love ice creams but don’t know how to make ice cream at home. Today we will learn how we can make Chocolate Bar (Commonly known as Choco Bar) Ice Cream at home.

Ingredients
• 250 ml Fresh Cream
• 4 Spoons Powdered Sugar
• 1 TBSP Vanilla essence
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 1 Bar Chocolate
Method
Step 1: In a bowl, pour the cream. Add Sugar and whisk the cream well.
Step 2: Add vanilla essence and milk and give it a nice mix again.
Step 3: Transfer the prepared mixture into popsicle moulds. If you don’t have moulds, use small bowls with small spoons as sticks.
Step 4: Freeze in the freezer for 8 hours.
Step 5: Once the ice cream has settled in the moulds, melt the chocolate using double boiling method.
Step 6: Gently take the popsicles out of the moulds and dip them in the melted chocolate. Once the chocolate settles on the popsicle, place it in freezer for another 30 minutes.
Step 7: Serve Chilled!
