Facebook said in a statement on April 12 that the 'spam operation' program was taken as an effective way to prevent fraudulent accounts. This step has been taken to prevent fake likes and comments from other countries including Bangladesh, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and others. However, Facebook authorities have admitted that it will not be possible to close all fake accounts through this program.

If Facebook wants to verify someone's picture, then close the account at that time. As a result, users can not access Facebook.
