Hope you all are good and doing well. The second week of Steemit Engagement Challenge season 7 has started, and for this, I'm going to be a good reviewer.

For this contest, I'm going to review "Imtiaz Super Market." It's one of the best supermarkets in my city. They sell groceries, household items, garments, shoes, jewelry, electronics items, and many more. It is the place where you can get all items at the best rates with good quality under one roof.

Imtiaz Supermarket has more than 26 branches. Imtiaz stores are also available in different cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Siyalkot, Islamabad, Gujrat, Sarghdaha, and Vehri. It is estimated that its turnover is between Rs 40 billion and Rs 1000 billion a year, which makes it a big competitor of Carrefour Pakistan and Metro Cash & Carry Pakistan.

In my area, it has its biggest branch, where I go to buy everything on a weekly or bimonthly basis. The best thing about Imtiaz is that if you get any product of low quality and you complain about it, they will give you your money back and also ban this product from their stores (if the complaint comes through on all items of that product).

The branch where I go comprises of 3 floors, basement, ground floor and upper floor. Each floor has separate sections of household items. It's covered area is too large so near thousand of people can do shopping at same time. That's the reason it's always owner crowded.

At ground floor vegetables and fruits section. Meat, poultry and fish are available in chillers. You can take meat of your own choices. They sell fresh fruits and vegetables at low prices.

Most of the front part of floor has billing counters. There are 30 billing counters for customers ease.

A separate pharmacy section is also there at ground floor. You can get all Medicens from there at 12%discount rates which is maximum discount no one offers that much discount.

Grains, rice, flour, spices, Electronic items, bedding and bathing, detergent, soap, shampoo, stationary, toys and tools are available at basement. Every thing is available in many brands and verity and sizes.

Escalator and a lift are there to reach at basement and upper floor. They placed their staff near escalator and lift to handle crowds. They help in dragging trolleys of customers and overcome rush near escalator to avoid any accident.

Upper floor has a large area for garments. They have unstitch and ready to wear cloths. Gents, kids and ladies has separate clothing sections. You can get latest designs from their at low prices from other market.

A beauty section is most attractive part of the store having makeup of different brands, beautiful jewelry, skin care products, watches. At its back side there is an Undergarments section, from where you can buy different varieties of products.

All kids of bags, hand bags, clutches, wallet and shoes (ladies, gents and kids) are available.

One more feature of the shopping from here is they issued a card to customers Imtiaz Card after billing your amount that you pay score some points that stored in your imtiaz card and you can use these points on your next shopping for further discount on your bill.

They have a costomer care counter having responsible and cooperative staff to deal with the problems of costomer. If they have any issue they replace their products or give their money back.
