• you tried before Mexican cuisine and I'm glad you also like it . You give a lot of resembles between Mexican cuisine and your local cuisine, that is true and for the same reason I picked Mexican cuisine at week#1.You explained the task 1 completely.

• cumin seeds, Oregano and peprika make their food of unique taste and with flavouring aroma .

• you make only Enchiladas with your owncreation. Your Enchiladas looks perfect. You explained your making step by step. You did a great job.

• Doing any work with a toddler is difficult, all kids want mobile and i can understand your difficulty. Your Enchiladas might be ready in double time.

• Presentation of your food is good too.
