Unconstitutional NSA Phone Spying Has Ended (But It Will Surely be Replaced)
Because of the perpetual opacity with which the NSA operates it is unthinkable that they have actually suspended their spying: http://archive.is/Hoco0

Well, the NotSoAgency found that the actual conversations weren't very data-mineable, but what they found really a boon is the meta-data. Especially where people turn on and off cell phones.
Where two cellphones meet, etc.
And they are probably having an issue with storing phone conversations.99.99% of that is useless info and it stacks up.
So, which agency is going to get near instant access to phone call tapping?
Hmmmmm
Good old NSA, keeping tabs on all the suspected citizens...
