In extensive bowl, break down yeast and sugar in water; let remain for 5 minutes. Include oil and salt. Blend in flour, a container at any given moment, until the point that a delicate batter shapes.

Heat at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until the point when outside is daintily seared. Yield: 2 pizzas (3 servings each).
