I do not know if this article is right for you or if it is suitable for the course.

I changed the camera last July. Nikon D610 to Fujifilm X-T2 in the way I downgrade and upgraded to me.

  1. I like JPEG color too much. 2) I need to always use my computer to compensate RAW. 3) It takes too long to calibrate my computer, so I use RAW + JPEG. I use JPEG only.

I have already had an iPad Pro and I have a USB-C dongle, so I thought it would be nice to be able to calibrate and share it using iPad Pro. I decided to try out the apps.

  1. Darkroom

I used Darkroom, which I sometimes used on my iPhone, to search for what app I would like to use with simple color correction. But I have almost all the features I want and it's very simple. File management is directly linked to the Apple Photos app, allowing you to overwrite or save copies of your photos.

  1. Affinity Photo

Darkroom, on the other hand, does not support more complex features such as spot compensation. Sometimes I have to write this function, but I remember Affinity Photo, which I had never used before. This app is a lot more complicated than Darkroom. It's that powerful, but at the beginning I had a hard time figuring out how to store the file structure in the Photos app using iCloud Drive as a base.

There is still a feeling of lack of something, but there seems to be no way to compensate for the Fujifilm result which is very good JPEG color. It's been a lot more lately now that I can share it much faster and easier than calibrate it with my computer.

Below are pictures taken with my camera and corrected by iPad Pro.
