We had a weeping birch in our front yard and every spring we would drill into the soil to give it medicine and it survived from the time my parents planted it until we moved. About 35 years. And I was so hopeful the new owners would give it the medicine. It wasn't that expensive and didn't really take much time. But nope, they cut it down within a month. I was devistated.
Awh, why'd they cut it down? Was it sick?
yes it was unfortunately

it's a shame to cut them down , people will be people and never make sense :)
I love birch trees! We have some in Michigan, but not many :)
in autumn you can always find certain mushrooms underneath them , you find them here a lot in the forest
Now you have a memory of this tall tree that will be preserved in the blockchain of Steemit.
indeed just like the old prehistoric drawings in a cave :)
