Oatmeal fills the body with energy and is a natural antidepressant, improves brain activity, cleanses cells of toxins, stabilizes the gastric mucosa, as well as stabilizes the emotional background and even helps to lose weight. We already know this and will not repeat it once again.

We go to the main thing! Not everyone likes oatmeal porridge. How to replace it, to get the same benefit as in the porridge? Prepare experimental oatmeal cookies.

To make the cookie more useful, we replace the butter with vegetable oil and add a whole spoonful of flour. And as we add nuts and see what we get ...

We need:

2 cups of oat flakes
1 tablespoon flour
150 g of sugar
100 g of vegetable oil
2 eggs
0,5 glasses of walnuts
a packet of vanilla sugar.

Oil grind with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add one egg each and continue stirring to make the grains of sugar melt.

Add a spoonful of flour and stir until a homogeneous consistency.

We grind nuts and one glass of oatmeal.

Add to the dough together with the remaining flakes.

Everything is mixed and the dough is ready!

Here is a brown dough.

Now we are preparing a baking tray and laying a teaspoon apart from each other a couple of centimeters.

We put in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 °. As soon as they became rosy, we take them out.
