A mandala I coloured today. it's been a bit of a glum day so I did this to try and brighten up my mood. My doctors have put me on a new medication olanzapine to help with my anxiety but it can has sedative side effects so I have been a walking zombie all day 😑👻 plus I almost passed out getting bloods done 💉😴 which they think is due to the drug too. They're wanting to give me a dose before each meal but I feel I'm going to be constantly sedated 😂💤 A friend was discharged today and I'm super excited for her new beginnings but the ward is much quieter without her around and I miss her already 💕 (Alliya Restin ) the miserable weather isn't helping either. Its 10 degrees how yucky ☹️☁️🌡shout out to my pals in Melbourne, stay warm and rugged up

amazing drawing, you have some talent for sure! I would stay away from the anxiety drugs and push towards meditation or diet change... maybe drink more water. The drugs will mess you up if you take it consistently ( like they tell you to) thanks for sharing!
