Agriculture in Morocco

in #life8 years ago

Morocco is one of the largest exporter of agricultural products in the African continent towards the world .
Morocco depends on a large proportion of rainfed agriculture , The current season is characterized by significant rainfalls, where productivity is expected to be satisfactory, in view of the aspirations of the agricultural policy pursued by the country .

I will show pictures of some agricultural products and farms .

Very impressive. That looks really rich soil showing on one vegetable - the name of which is not likely to be one I am familiar with given the greenery around it. Is it a swede/turnip? How much seasonal difference is there between the produce in each shot? to me, in Australia, tomatoes would be a summer crop while cauliflower a winter crop and that display of cauliflowers is terrific. Do you find any slight change in growing seasons with changing climate?
