Toggle badge function
Last SteemPlus update is pretty cool and allow to users to see the rank of the accounts on Steemit, from Plankton to Whale:
However, @andresbello asked me how to disable this function and I realized that I should always leave a choice to my user. Therefore, I ve made this commit to allow to toggle the function.
For this, simply go to the SteemPlus popup and go into options.
From there you can toggle on/off this feature. I'll do the same with the other features soon so you can get a custom made SteemPlus experience!

I hope you wont toggle it out, but at least now you have a choice ;)

Great, i' ve not seen this option. It will be better if the badge is on the right or on the left because it takes lot of space.
