The SEC denies the listing of Bitcoin ETF!

It turns out that the "fairytale" reached a DRASTIC end. The price dropped...yes, only because of spectators PANIC after reports of the failed Bitcoin ETF had risen.

What does this mean for Bitcoin investors? "You cannot keep a good man down". If Bitcoin managed to almost pass through the $1300 mark and slumped, trust me...Once it gets the momentum to climb up again, it will SURPASS the $1300 mark. It is all in the history. It has been recorded.

I predicted that something like this would be likely to happen. This was most probably for the better - the less influence from government, the BEST. Hold your Bitcoins for the long term in a cold wallet.

I would think the Federal reserve would have something to do with this, why would they want competition?

You are making complete sense, in fact it was indeed for the better that they had some influence. Besides, Bitcoin would be out of the Federal Reserves' complete control. FIAT currencies were going to lose some value.

On the other hand, if the ETF came to pass, I think that the tax rate would have been subject to an increase.
