Thai Spicy Fried Catfish
This delicious dish is served with rice and is mouth watering once you get accustomed to it. The fried chili taste is always great and catfish has really grown on me, over the years. It differs from fried catfish in the U.S. where there's a dipping sauce. The Thai one is seasoned just a bit more, mainly to be eaten with rice.
