Time Lapse at Roosevelt Row ~ Downtown Phoenix

This was part of a Neighborhood Improvement Project. Here is a collage of scenes of everyone removing graffiti, painting the garbage cans with cow patterns :) , installing cool rope lighting and painting the path with colorful decorations.

I'll be back by this area soon and see whats going on in this Art District area.

      I think Iphones have that , I have a Samsung Galaxy but perhaps there's and app. I do these with my DSLR Cannon
