Introduction

Hello everybody. I'm 31 years old and live in the midwest of USA, I'm married and have 5 children. I currently run my own business from home wholesaling medical supplies, and real estate, crypto investing. I plan to buy or lease land within an hour from a major city, also near other tourist attractions, and create a eco-resort/place to bring tiny homes and have privacy and nature. I will build an unconventional farm based off Sepp Holzer style permaculture, then build several cabin sized earthships to rent out, and a large one for resturants, market, social area. Basically it will be like a garden of eden with ponds, lakes, fruit and nut trees everywhere, buildings that help the planet, are comfortable and self sufficient as well as having the ability to withstand earthquakes or tornados, places to eat and shop that only sell items made, grown or raised on the eco-resort/farm. I believe this will be profitable as well as world changing, with this system we could potentially house, and employ people, while giving them more time with their family in a naturel setting, healthier food and surroundings, and a way to build wealth. I'd like to get 50-100 acres and put 2-3 earthships per acre, have animals, and implement Sepp holzer permaculture which is pretty amazing, and I'll make more posts about it soon. Soon I'll look for investors who'd like to partner with me on this venture.
