I went to a bitcoin meetup the other night and everyone was talking about Steem! I'm blown away by what's happening here... hoping I can contribute to this community in unique and interesting ways :)

I've been a CAMGIRL for 16 years (it meant something quite different back then, but we've always been tech leaders) and love the adult industry (nsfw). In 2004, I created the first cellphone-based webcam. I broadcast everything I could online for years and eventually studied Radical Personal Transparency in grad school at UC Berkeley. I've since enjoyed watching the QS and lifestreaming communities blossom!

In 2012, I suffered a MENTAL HEALTH crisis that led to my hospitalization. I have since become an advocate, WRITING openly about my experiences and working to reduce the stigma of mental illness.

I SING, classical and otherwise, and once upon a time even wrote and released an ALBUM.

I take PHOTOS and make ART. Weird art. Naked art. Useful art. I crave making more.

I support COMMUNAL LIVING and thrive in relationship anarchy. There are 45 people living at 20mission, the place I call home in San Francisco. Started by a bitcoin entrepreneur in 2012, we self-govern, work hard, and throw amazing parties now and then :)

I believe in the power of open source, cryptocurrencies, and decentralization. For artists, for global trade, for sex workers, for everyone.

I've been doing web design since 1995, and am attempting to catalog the techniques that have been used to make the web work since the early 1990s in THE MUSEUM OF WEB DESIGN.

Currently I'm digging in to CHATBOTS, trying to capture identity in virtual avatar form and exploring the idea of codifying personality on the blockchain...
