Hello guys. Good day. I hope all has been good.

Heres another artwork from me... Join me as I take y'all through the processes.

Tools :

  1. Glossy Cardboard (first time using this surface)
  2. GPc charcoal pencil medium
  3. Steadtler pencil 6b graphite
  4. Tortilion and blender
  5. mechanical 0.7mm pencil
  6. Tombow mono eraser

On to the next... I had a lot to do these past few days. - interior paintings and drawings so I started this very lated. I got a call from a female friend I work with and she needed this done. So yes, this is a commissioned work.

I start Frist by drawing the hair. This was the darkest part and it had to be done this way so I wouldn't drag charcoal on to the other parts of the drawing.

I then move to the hand - pardon the middle finger, I have been trying to perfect my skin textures and tones so I focused on the tones of the hand as practice before going tongue face.

The third part of the drawing is the face. This was the sweetest part of the drawing. There was no skin tones on the face in the reference picture but I added anyway. I didn't go too dark on the face because the guy was light skinned.

I then move on to the shirt... This wasn't a big deal.. IMG_20200219_011901.jpg
It was easy.
The mechanical pencil was used to make edges obvious along with the use of the Tombow mono eraser - for trimming out shades

Here, we have the final shot... What do you think??
