I buy stocks and options weekly. I have been following Steemit since July. I added to my Steem Power last week and will probably add more in the coming weeks. I believe this will have a huge potential, as they continue to add features to the site, and after beta this will explode in my opinion. I see companies coming in to buy Steem Power to advertise their services. When this happens .. ... look out. :)

On another note. I don't understand this. Could someone explain to me why DASH with a market cap of 78 million has a price of $11.57 and Steem with a market cap of over a hundred million has a price of less than one dollar?
People are falling into the trap of valuing STEEMIT against the $USD. Big mistake!! The $USD is backed by $20tn National Debt, not a great deal, but $330tn Unfunded Future Liabilities is..!! With 100k users some would say that $100m is expensive, it probably is. But ask me in 6 years time. This will be +$500bn and STEEM will be $3,600 and that's with only 160mil users..!! Some people just don't get it. This is a MINIMUM of a 6 year investment. Now is the time to get in. It's proven..!! Stephen

Do not take this as an offence. I also believe that steemit has a chance but your posts are so extreme. You keep saying those things about valuation and stuff but in real life there is only few people who invested real money. I am one of them.
Valuing against the $USD is a misconception for the future. The $USD will soon cease to be the Global Reserve Currency and all Assets will be rebalanced to the SDRs, then the New Derivatives Digital Currency. By 2021 all valuations would have been reset but in order to give a perspective I needed to give a comparison of its sheer magnitude. Most Investors I talk too no longer value in the $USD simply because of the $330tn unfunded future liabilities. Stephen
