Quick Question
I would like to ask a quick question and that is "...should we be helping #Steemit to drive traffic to advertise on the Platform?"
As #Steemit continues to find ways to monetise the Platform, I have been wanting to ask this question for quite some time.
Until we had the all-clear from #Steemit
Obviously my first reaction would be "...I think so", but I wouldn't be recommending it until we had the all-clear from #Steemit.
I just wanted to put the idea out there and see what you thoughts were.

I have no problem with marketing Steem and my own activities on the platform.
But I prefer Steem to not have advertising on it if possible. I get that they were in financial trouble, but they went and sacked the people that could have helped them out the most. I wouldn't mind so much if I actually got paid for ads being played on my content though. I created the content driving the eyeballs to the platform, why shouldn't I get a percentage of it?
I would suggest that we should use those 112K sbds that are just sitting in the @steem.dao account and advertise steem everywhere...
I've made a few posts about it but I had no responses...maybe they will listen to you Stephen
It's not exactly what I had in mind.
What I am suggesting is essential FREE.
It wouldn't cost #Steemit a single penny, yet the results could be simply phenomenal.

Steemit is a beautiful platform. Yes needs more promotion. It can surely kills all shitbooks.
