Challenge: Give a gift on a regular day
Today I want you to make a gift to someone without a special occasion.
Let it not be birthday, marriage anniversary or other celebration, but a day like any other. Maybe even a Monday, like this one, when many people are harder to work, dreaming of the weekend or the holiday that has passed.
You certainly hear the others telling or even mentioning what they would like to receive or buy.
Your mother needs a flower pot, your colleague would like that special book.
Or maybe you went past a showcase and when you saw one thing you immediately thought of a particular person, which certainly would fit it.
Find a gift that fits your possibilities and offer it to a close man you hold on a regular day. It can also be a snack, a sweet or a glass of juice on which to draw something fun or write a sympathetic quote.
It matters to be chosen and offered with joy, from the simple desire to make joy. It does not have to be expensive and impressive. On the contrary, I would say that the most successful presents are the small ones and the object, symbolic, with a message that will amuse but also be useful.
Small thoughtful, unexpected gifts are often the most treasured and meaningful. I would even say kind words given with the same care kind be almost as powerful
