7 Tips To Make You Feel Happy
Happiness and well-being is in the search of each of us, every day of our life, through everything we do.
Even if some would say that they are not looking for happiness, their daily goals and actions show us that they are looking for something, something they think would bring added value to their lives.
I've been looking to give you some landmarks to help you live a quieter, more balanced and happier life!
1: Do not compare with others.
Compare yourself better with the past.
Many people think they are not doing it, but we show that we do it through everything we do, actions started by the desire to have more often than not.
It is good to want more from you personally, but when you get to be unhappy because you can not have what it has or what your neighbor has, but with huge efforts that increase the dose of stress in your life, to deal with a problem.
2: Always invest in your development.
The moment that you take care of yourself and invest value in yourself is .... today.
Do not delay this and lose the most precious resource - time. Do not forget, no matter how different you are, that if you invest in yourself, you will also automatically invest in your family, which you will have what you can offer - your calm and your prosperity - according to what you will become.
More - investing in society, which will grow in value with you.
3: Learn to work with your thoughts.
I know it can be hard, especially if you're accustomed to labeling everything around you. But keep in mind that all negative thoughts only harm you, judging your emphasis on the minuses of your life, and distrust in others will diminish over time.
Better take a paper and note in the first column what you think, in two note if there are arguments against / examples against what you support and in the last one a new thought that would help you evolve.
4: Follow your passions, regardless of age.
Our passions give great added value to the life we live in. Until now, you have not discovered what you are passionate about, trust what you have always wanted and put into practice.
You can find the answer if you stay with yourself for a few minutes and look deep inside.
5: Stop doing things for others only.
As I said, we think we help others when we dedicate them totally, but it is not. In the meantime, we are only burdening them with our accumulated frustration over the fact that "we are behind". Today you are trying to do things for yourself!
6: Give yourself every evening time for you.
At least 10 minutes before bedtime. Make a rule out of this!
You will surely see the difference, I invite you to write me how it was!
7: Helps a stranger every day.
Do something for an unknown person, something that makes him smile. It can be a minor gesture to help someone get a bag, or just say a good word.
You do not have to offer something material, you will see how much satisfaction these little gestures will bring.
Your life will be more beautiful ...

That's informative bro @stephan92. I'm also looking at how 'freedom' is giving maximum happines be it financially or socially and let's try to surround ourselves with few people who care than a lot of fake people.

Comparing yourself with others only makes you angry and unbalance
Follow you passion is a very good way to be happy do what you like and not what others like doing
