Homemade oatmeal orange cookies 🍊

🌟Ingredients:

-1 cup of oatmeal / rice / almond / or classic white flour.

• 1 and 1/2 cups oatmeal
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• juice of 1/2 orange + zest
• 1/2 cup powdered sweetener or brown sugar @naturalist_endulzante
• 1 and 1/2 tsp of baking powder.

🌟Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180 o over medium heat🔥
2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients (always the last ingredient that is the baking powder)
3. The mixture remains with a solid consistency but still medium liquid.
4. Butter the oven tin and with a spoon pour our mixture. (Be careful that the cookies are not too close to prevent them from sticking).
5. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
