We have defeated the coronavirus. It's been a bad time for me and my family. My family members and I have struggled with the coronavirus. I was surprised at the effects this virus has on weaker people, the coronavirus on older people is devastating. I have lost a few kilograms of weight, and now that I have regained my strength, I try to do some gymnastics to get back in shape in a few months. luckily we all managed to defeat the virus.

Abbiamo sconfitto il coronavirus. È passato per me e per la mia famiglia un brutto periodo. Io ed i membri della mia famiglia abbiamo lottato contro il coronavirus. Sono rimasto sorpreso dagli effetti di questo virus che ha sulle persone più deboli, il coronavirus sulle persone più anziane è devastante. Io ho perso qualche chilo grammo di peso, ed ora che ho ripreso un po’ le forze provo a fare un po’ di ginnastica per rientrare in forma tra qualche mese. fortunatamente tutti siamo riusciti a sconfiggere il virus.

Grazie Girolamo, è stato un mese durissimo. Alcuni di noi non sono molto in forma, ma adesso serve tempo per riprendersi al meglio, l’importante è che non si deve più lottare contro il virus.

Purtroppo ho avuto anchio qualche parente colpito e dopo mesi gira ancora con la bombola d'ossigeno,ma vedrai che ti riprenderai presto!!!fai anche qualche passeggiata all' aperto!!!
Grazie @sergione48, la ripresa per i membri più anziani sarà un po’ lenta, ma la parte più difficile è alle spalle... e questo aiuta molto anche psicologicamente
