The 5 pointed star is rotated 180° to the 5 sided polygon. However, if you rotate a 6 pointed star you by 180° then you end up with the same star.
I would say that 1 is ambiguous as depending on your reasoning (a rotation vs 180° rotation) both A and B could be valid.
