¿No les pasa que la misma lectura que hiciste en un tiempo atrás, hoy te habla de forma diferente? ¡Bendito Dios! Que sabe de qué tenemos necesidad.
Leyendo esto, pensaba en el amor de Jesús hacia nosotros, ese amor intenso, inagotable e incomparable, ese amor que me acepta como soy pero busca restaurarme, renovarme y transformarme a diario, ese amor que me ve valioso y único. El amor de Jesús, que aun cuando conoce todo de mí, no me rechaza sino que me busca hasta encontrarme, que subirá montañas muy altas hasta llegar a mí, que encenderá las sombras de mi vida y con su luz alumbrara mis tinieblas, ese amor y gracia que solo Jesús es capaz de darme.
¿Qué Porque lo digo? Por Judas y Pedro.
Jesús sabia lo traicionero que era Judas, y en la última cena, en vez de haber dicho “Uno de ustedes me traicionara” (Mateo 26:21-25).. Pudo haber dicho “Epa Judas, sé que no eres mi amigo, se cuál es la intención de tu corazón, sé que me venderás con un beso, no eres digno de estar aquí, de compartir la mesa conmigo, hágame el favor y se retira”… ¡Era Jesús! Tenía la autoridad del Padre y su respaldo, y ¡No! No lo hizo. Ya sabemos el final de Judas.
Y nosotros, tan simples mortales, vamos por la vida diciendo “Tu no, tu si, tu quizás”… Somos tan duros para juzgar, y expertos en señalar, tan parecidos a los fariseos, buscando el punto de quiebre para luego decir “No lo merece” ¡Puf! Jesús sabe nuestros pensamientos antes que nosotros mismos, y no nos echa fuera, nosotros muchas veces nos olvidamos, de que los demás merecen la misma gracia que Dios nos ha dado a nosotros.
Por otro lado esta Pedro, diciéndole al Maestro “Aun cuando todos se vayan, yo no te dejare” (Mateo 24:33) .. Estoy segura, que Jesús mirando con dolor le dijo que lo negaría, pero yo pienso que más que un reproche, era un “Yo te conozco, pero aun te amo”.
Es tan preciado poder entender la gracia de Jesús a nuestras vidas, la ternura con que nos ve, y las ganas que tiene de transformar nuestras vidas. Esa gracia con que deberíamos ver a los demás, entendiendo que Dios está haciendo la obra en sus vidas, y aprender a verlos, como Jesús me ve a mí, a ti. Recordar su amor inmerecido y eterno, recordar que no murió solo por mí, sino por todos.

Doesn't it happen to you that the same reading that you did in a while ago, today speaks to you in a different way? Blessed God! Who knows what we need.
Reading this, I was thinking of Jesus' love for us, that intense, inexhaustible and incomparable love, that love that accepts me as I am but seeks to restore, renew and transform me daily, that love that sees me as valuable and unique. The love of Jesus, who even when he knows everything about me, does not reject me but seeks me until he finds me, who will climb very high mountains until he reaches me, who will ignite the shadows of my life and with his light will illuminate my darkness, that love and grace that only Jesus is able to give me.
What what I mean? By Judas and Pedro.
Jesus knew how treacherous Judas was, and at the Last Supper, instead of saying “One of you will betray me” (Matthew 26: 21-25) .. He could have said “Hey Judas, I know you are not my friend, I know what your heart's intention is, I know that you will sell me with a kiss, you are not worthy to be here, to share the table with me, do me a favor and leave ”… It was Jesus! He had the authority of the Father and his backing, and No! It did not. We already know the end of Judas.
And we, so simple mortals, go through life saying "You no, you yes, you maybe" ... We are so hard to judge, and experts in pointing, so similar to the Pharisees, looking for the breaking point and then say "No He deserves it ”Poof! Jesus knows our thoughts before we do, and he does not cast us out, we often forget that others deserve the same grace that God has given us.
On the other hand is Peter, telling the Master "Even when everyone leaves, I will not leave you" (Matthew 24:33). I am sure that Jesus, looking with pain, told him that he would deny it, but I think that more than a reproach, it was a "I know you, but I still love you."
It is so precious to be able to understand the grace of Jesus in our lives, the tenderness with which he sees us, and the desire he has to transform our lives. That grace with which we should see others, understanding that God is doing the work in their lives, and learn to see them, as Jesus sees me, you. Remember his undeserved and eternal love, remember that he did not die only for me, but for everyone.
