CAMBIEMOS EL ¿PORQUE?
Recordemos el siguiente pasaje Oseas 2:14 “A pesar de todo eso, llevaré a Israel al desierto, y allí, con mucho cariño, haré que se vuelva a enamorar de mí.” (TLA)…
Quizás, al leer esto digamos ¿Por qué Israel seria llevado al desierto? , y como buenos respondones que somos, contestaríamos, PORQUE era un pueblo desobediente y testarudo, olvidadizo de las bendiciones de Dios y bien malagradecidos.
Cambiemos de perspectiva, y ahora preguntemos ¿PARA QUE? El pasaje en cuestión si responde esta incógnita… “Hare que se vuelvan a enamorar de mi”… Es aquí que entendemos un poco mejor la situación.
Ahora bien, hay otro pasaje que nos responde él PARA QUE, de los desiertos… 2 Corintios 1:3 “Cuando tenemos dificultades, o cuando sufrimos, Dios nos ayuda para que podamos ayudar a los que sufren o tienen problemas.”
Ok, en los desiertos, en esos feos desiertos, que parecen interminables y asfixiantes, Dios mismo está junto a nosotros, PARA QUE, nosotros también podamos consolar a otros, es como que, pasaste por un duro tiempo de escasez, pero Dios te sorprendió con provisión, y puedes decirle a otros “Epa, espera en Dios, El siempre provee” … O tal vez, el Señor te sano de una terrible enfermedad, pero aprendiste a encontrar paz en esos momentos, y puedes compartir con otros como Dios ministro tu corazón en calma y reposo. Es contarle a los demás, desde tu propia experiencia, como Dios te ayudo en ciertos momentos, y que hermoso es poder decir “Tranquilo, puedo dar fe, que Dios no te dejara, porque no me dejo a mí”.
Entonces, viendo estas dos perspectivas, una buena forma de enfrentar los desiertos en nuestras vidas, es preguntarnos el PARA QUE..
Para crecer.
Para aprender.
Para depender de Dios.
Para consolar a otros.
Para, para, para… Termina las frases tu, y comparte con los demás, lo que Dios esta haciendo en tu vida.
Y por último, 1 Corintios 10: 13 “No os ha sobrevenido ninguna prueba que no sea humana; pero fiel es Dios, que no os dejará ser probados más de lo que podéis resistir, sino que dará también juntamente con la prueba la salida, para que podáis soportarla.”

Ok, in the deserts, in those ugly deserts, that seem endless and suffocating, God himself is next to us, SO, we can also comfort others, it's like, you went through a hard time of scarcity, but God surprised you with provision, and you can say to others "Hey, wait on God, He always provides" ... Or maybe, the Lord healed you from a terrible disease, but you learned to find peace in those moments, and you can share with others as God minister your heart calm and rest. So, seeing these two perspectives, a good way to face the deserts in our lives, is to ask ourselves WHAT.

To depend on God.
To comfort others.
